The Weekly Round-Up for November 3, 2012

With two weeks of materials to share with my readers, the Weekly Round-Up covers the globe in an effort to find the most interesting insights and opinions about our common life together. We witnessed the devastating effects of a massive storm as it roared its way onto the Jersey shore and leaving the Tri-state in total chaos. My childhood friend who lives on Staten Island reported this week that he now lives in a "war-zone." Prayers and support are needed for all of those who are still without power, have lost their homes, and businesses that stand idle. What about the poor and the needy? What has happened to them in the midst of the flood waters?

Thanks be to God that the Presidential election is this Tuesday. I have changed my mind about living in a swing state - make the political commercials go away! The Round-Up begins now.....
