The Sunday Musical Offering - Bill Haley & the Comets 1969

Inspired by The Belairs who performed the music of the 50's and 60's last evening for our final Bandstand Concert of the season, The Sunday Musical Offering offers a medley of hits by the great Bill Haley and the Comets. It was a different time and place - the origins of rock and roll were taking their place in the mainstream of American life. As was in evidence last night, this music still has a special place in the hearts and minds of a generation. The younger guests were "bopping" too!
